Tee Sheetz ("we," "us," "our") operates teesheetz.shop, where customers design and order a custom printed poster commemorating a golf shot or round. This policy covers what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you build and place an order, we collect:
- Contact and shipping details — your name, email address, and shipping address.
- Photos you upload — used to personalize your poster.
- Your story details — course name, hole, par, yardage, shot notes, date, and any personal narrative or gift note you provide.
- Order information — the options you select (size, style, framing, rush, gift wrap) and your order history with us.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use your information
- To design, produce, and ship the poster you ordered, including sending you a design proof for approval before anything is printed.
- To email you about your order (confirmations, proofs, and shipping updates).
- To respond if you contact us with a question.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except the service providers described below.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe through their secure, hosted checkout. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's systems and never pass through or touch our servers.
Photos you upload
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to it (or otherwise have permission to use it) and that you have the right to have it reproduced on a printed product. Uploaded photos are stored securely and used only to produce your order.
How long we keep your information
We retain order records, including photos, for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any related questions or reprints, and meet our own recordkeeping needs. If you'd like your information deleted after your order has shipped, contact us using the email below and we'll honor reasonable requests, subject to any legal recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing starter@teesheetz.shop. If you are a California resident, these rights are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we extend the same choices to all customers regardless of location.
Children's privacy
Tee Sheetz is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
