By placing an order on teesheetz.shop, you agree to the terms below.

Your order

Every Tee Sheetz poster is custom-made around the course, story, and photos you provide. Because of that, we build in a design proof step: after you order, we'll email you a proof, typically within 24–48 hours, and nothing is sent to print until you approve it. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revision rounds may be billed separately if needed.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit (course name, hole, yardage, story text) and for owning the rights to any photo you upload, as confirmed at checkout.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

Posters are produced to order and shipped after proof approval. Estimated production and shipping timelines are shown on the site and may vary by size, framing, and rush options selected. Shipping costs and delivery windows depend on your destination.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because each poster is custom-made for you, we're generally not able to accept returns once production has started (i.e., after you approve your proof). If there's a problem with your order — a printing defect, shipping damage, or a mismatch with your approved proof — contact us at starter@teesheetz.shop and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund at our discretion. Any such request must be made within 7 business days of delivery — we're unable to accommodate reprint or refund requests submitted after that window. If you need to cancel or change an order before you've approved a proof, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the photos, story text, and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Tee Sheetz permission to use it solely to design, produce, proof, and ship your order. You represent that you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Course names, logos, and trademarks

References to golf courses and clubs in your poster (course names, hole numbers, yardages) are used descriptively, to depict your own personal round. We do not reproduce club logos or other trademarked branding on posters without the rights holder's permission.

Limitation of liability

Tee Sheetz posters are decorative items created from information and photos you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Sheetz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our process changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
